Creative Arts Community

The Creative Arts Community Board was delighted when Martin Vlach conducted our virtual annual strategic planning session. Like many non-profits, we were struggling through COVID-19 induced restrictions. He helped us to accept the new normal and at the same time, to plan for our future. Many of our board were hesitant about ZOOM meetings but he drew out ideas from everyone. He challenged us to reconsider some of our cherished but impossible practices and helped us link our “new normal” to our mission. He accurately captured everyone’s contributions and set us on a path to make fundamental changes to our organization to stay viable over the next few years.
